4. How much does shipping cost? What shipping methods do you use? How long the shipping will take?

We offer free shipping for all orders. And we ship to most destinations via EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX. The shipping time normally takes about 4-7 working days, depending on what you order and where you locate.

5. How can I track my order status?

6. Is there any Customs issue? Do I have to pay any tax?

We have been specializing in this business for many years and we ship hundreds of international packages every day. We met very few customs issues; usually there is no customs fee through EMS, UPS, DHL, T/T and FEDEX.

7. What if I didn't get the ordered items within estimated time?

For most packages they arrive very fast. Sometimes, however, because of uncontrollable extraneous factors, some packages may be delayed a bit. If you worry about your packages, pls contact us, we will keep checking the packages for you until you get it. If finally you haven't got the package after a long time waiting, we will fully refund you.

8. What if I want to cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as early as possible. If we have not shipped the item yet, we can cancel your order without any charges. If the item has already shipped to you and you want to cancel, please ship the item back to us first. You have up to 14 days to return your item for a full refund. When we get it we will minus original shipping cost and refund you the rest. PLS NOTE: You need to pay the shipping for sending package back to us, and PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION WITHOUT DAMAGE.

9. What if my ordered item runs out of stock?

Normally all the items we sell are in stock, it seldom happens that the ordered item is out of stock. If unluckily the item is out of stock we will inform you timely through email. You can choose another item with the same value.

10. What is your return policy?

If you want to exchange the items received, you must contact us within 7 days since the receipt of your order. You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless we make a mistake.

If we had made a mistake, please email us some pictures of the mistaken products first, and we will resend the correct item to you for free after receiving the item you send back.
